We provide free standard shipping Australia-wide with no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our NSW warehouse; orders before 6 PM AEST typically ship same-day. Delivery to most metro areas takes 2-7 business days. Tracking details are sent via email. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as shipped parcels cannot be redirected. Most deliveries are contact-free. For delivery issues (non-receipt, damage, lost), contact us within 48 hours at sales@fapo.com.au. We currently only ship within Australia.

Return Policy

You may return unused and uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We cover return costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Non-returnable items include used, custom-order, or clearance products. Contact sales@fapo.com.au first for an RMA number. Once received, refunds are processed to your original payment method in 7-14 business days. This policy operates alongside your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Warranty Policy

FAPO offers a 1-Year Standard Limited Warranty on its products, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. To make a claim, email sales@fapo.com.au with "Warranty Claim" as the subject. Include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and supporting photos or video. We will acknowledge your claim within 1-2 business days and provide instructions.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official Australian websites (fapo.com.au) and is for the original purchaser only. It excludes damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
