1-Year Standard Limited Warranty

FAPO provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, commencing from the original purchase date by the end-user.

30-Day Easy Return Policy

Separately, our website offers a 30-Day Easy Return Policy for unused products in their original condition. This policy applies to returns due to change of mind or for other eligible reasons. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Required Details in Your Email:

Our Response & Process

We will acknowledge your claim via email within 1-2 business days and provide further instructions, which may include troubleshooting or arrangements for repair or replacement, as determined appropriate by FAPO.

Important Conditions & Exclusions

• This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly through our official Australian websites: fapo.com.au
• Second-Hand Products: This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Products purchased second-hand are not covered.
• Purchases via Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) or Other Retailers: Please contact the customer service of that marketplace or retailer first for claims handling, as they are responsible for their own warranty and return policies.
• Other Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
• This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
